Review this document with the video “How to Schedule the Tasks of Your Launch.” Use this template to sequence the steps of your project. There are three worksheets in this excel document. On Worksheet 1 note the tasks of your project by Creation/Offering/Delivery and the 4 buckets with your best guess as to when it’s due and who’s going to do it. On Worksheet 2 review the example of one of my projects organized by bucket. And on Worksheet 3 I’ve sorted Worksheet 2 by date so show a chronology of the different tasks as an example of how you can model this.
