The choices we make have an impact. Small choices have the power to influence others in ways we can’t even begin to imagine. Months ago I saw a video called The Doorman about a young man named Josh Yandt who’d been depressed and bullied. After moving to a new high school he made the choice that he would no longer be invisible, and he took the “small” action to hold the door open for all the students of his new school. At first the kids looked at him quizzically, unsure of his motives. But then, things changed, and not only did his life shift but he changed the culture of his school.
