Discover Your Decision-Making Style

What Type of Decision Maker Are You?

PRIVATE COACHING

Sometimes, you need space
to take a closer look.

There may be a decision you’ve been thinking about for a while. A direction you’re considering. A pattern you’re beginning to recognize. Or a possibility that keeps calling for your attention.

You might know exactly what you want to explore. Or you might have a sense that something in your life deserves more attention, even if you can’t quite put your finger on what it is.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Working together gives you space to slow down, explore what’s happening, and see your choices from a different perspective.

My role is to listen carefully, ask questions that help you look beneath the surface, and notice connections you may not have recognized.

Because sometimes, what becomes visible changes what you believe is possible.

What brings people to work with me

People come to me for many different reasons. You may recognize yourself in one of these.

1
You’re facing a choice.

There’s a decision in front of you, and you want to give it the attention it deserves. You may be weighing different possibilities, considering other people’s expectations, or wondering which direction feels right for you.

2
You’re ready for something different.

Something about your life or work no longer feels quite right. You may be considering a change, exploring a new chapter, or beginning to recognize that what once mattered to you has shifted.

3
You’re noticing a pattern.

Perhaps you keep finding yourself in familiar situations. You hold back when you want to speak up. You put other people’s needs before your own. Or you recognize that fear, expectations or old assumptions are influencing your choices.

4
You’re curious about what might be possible.

Not every exploration begins with a problem. You may have an idea, a desire or a possibility you want to give more attention to. You’re interested in discovering where it might lead.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly formed question.

We can begin with what’s on your mind.

What it's like to work together

The choices we make shape our lives. And I believe we have more opportunity to influence those choices when we take the time to understand what’s behind them.

Our conversations begin with curiosity.

I’ll listen to what you’re saying, ask questions, and challenge the assumptions or patterns that may be influencing how you see your circumstances.

We may explore what you want, what matters to you, what you’re afraid of, what you’ve come to believe, and what possibilities you haven’t yet considered.

I also use a process I created called Choice Mapping™.

Choice Mapping helps us take what’s happening in your mind and life and make it visible. It gives us a way to explore the different influences, perspectives, and possibilities surrounding a choice.

Sometimes that means recognizing a connection you hadn’t noticed. Sometimes it means seeing a familiar situation differently. And sometimes it means discovering that the choice in front of you is connected to something much bigger.

I won’t tell you what you should choose.

I’ll help you explore what matters so you can make choices that are your own.

Two ways to work together

A Focused Choice Session

One conversation. Dedicated attention to something that matters.

Sometimes you want to explore a particular decision, situation, or possibility without committing to an extended coaching relationship.

In this private 90-minute session, we’ll give your circumstances the time and attention they deserve.

We’ll explore what’s happening, the different influences shaping your thinking, and what you may not yet have considered.

After our conversation, I’ll send you a personal written reflection capturing important insights, questions, and possible next steps.

What’s included
  • One 90-minute private coaching session
  • A personalized written reflection following our conversation
  • Questions and insights to continue exploring on your own
This is a complete experience in itself.

You can take what emerges and decide what you want to do with it.

The Signature Choice Experience

A deeper exploration of your life, your choices, and what becomes possible.

Sometimes there’s more you want to understand than one conversation can hold.

You may be navigating a significant transition, reconsidering the direction of your life, exploring a possibility, or recognizing patterns that have been shaping your choices for years.

This experience gives us the opportunity to explore more deeply and continue working together as new insights, questions and choices emerge.

We begin with a 90-minute discovery conversation, where we’ll explore the different dimensions of your circumstances.

From that conversation, I’ll create a personalized Choice Map, Choice Compass, and Possibility Path Letter.

These become a way to see the larger picture: what matters to you, what may be influencing your choices, and what possibilities deserve further exploration.

We’ll meet again to explore what emerged from your map, followed by five additional private coaching conversations.

Between sessions, I’ll continue reflecting on our work and send you personal written reflections that capture important patterns, insights, and questions to consider.

As life unfolds, we’ll have the opportunity to revisit what matters, recognize what’s changing, and explore the choices that arise.

What’s included
  • One 90-minute deep discovery conversation
  • A personalized Choice Map
  • Your Choice Compass and Possibility Path Letter
  • One 60-minute map follow-up conversation
  • Five additional 60-minute private coaching sessions
  • Personal written reflections following our coaching conversations

What unfolds between our conversations

One of the things I value most about coaching is the opportunity to pay attention over time.

After we meet, I return to our conversation. I consider what emerged, what patterns may be developing, and what questions deserve more attention.

I share those reflections with you so that the conversation doesn’t simply end when our call does.

Over time, we can begin to recognize connections between choices that may have seemed unrelated, notice when something is changing, and acknowledge the ways you’re choosing differently.

This experience isn’t about arriving at one perfect answer.

It’s about becoming more aware of the choices available to you and how you want to make them.

Let's begin with a conversation

You may know exactly what you’d like to work on. Or you may still be finding the words for it.

Either way, we can start there.

If you’re interested in working together, I invite you to schedule a conversation.
We’ll explore what’s bringing you here and which experience, if either, makes sense for you.
