Discover Your Decision-Making Style

What Type of Decision Maker Are You?

There's something different
about exploring our lives together.

When we come together with a willingness to listen, reflect and share our experiences, we can learn things about ourselves we might not have recognized on our own.

Someone else’s story can help you see your own differently. A thoughtful question can cause you to reconsider an assumption you’ve carried for years. And hearing how another person approached a difficult choice may help you see possibilities you hadn’t considered.

I create and facilitate group experiences where people can talk openly about their lives, examine the choices they’re making and learn from one another.

Sometimes hearing someone else’s experience helps you recognize something about your own.

Explore Group Experiences

Becoming

A guided experience for young men finding their way into adulthood.

There’s a stretch of early adulthood when the expectations you’ve grown up with may no longer fit. You’re building a life, navigating relationships and making important choices, while privately wondering who you are and what kind of man you want to become.

You can be capable and uncertain at the same time.

For five years, I’ve facilitated conversations with young men navigating this in-between place. I’ve learned how much they value having somewhere to say the things they don’t usually say, hear from other thoughtful men and explore questions they may never have asked themselves.

Becoming is a multi-month guided experience for men ages 25–30.

Through small-group conversations, personal reflection and private coaching with me, participants explore the choices that have shaped them, the expectations they’re carrying and how they want to live going forward.

Becoming is for young men to have a place where others are genuinely curious about who they are, not just what they’re doing.

I’m currently bringing together a small group of young men for Becoming. If you’re a young man interested in participating, or a parent who has someone in mind, I’d love to hear from you. We can talk about the experience and whether it might be a good fit.

Choice Mapping Mastery

Learn to explore your choices in a whole new way.

Sometimes you’re so close to a decision that it’s difficult to see everything influencing it. You’re weighing possibilities, considering other people’s expectations, wondering what might happen and trying to figure out what matters most.

Choice Mapping gives you a way to take those thoughts out of your head and put them where you can see them.

In Choice Mapping Mastery, I’ll teach you the process I’ve developed over more than a decade of exploring choices, my own and those of people I’ve worked with.

Through six self-paced learning modules, practical exercises and mapping templates, you’ll learn three different ways to use Choice Mapping. You’ll explore choices you’re facing now, look back at choices you’ve already made and consider possibilities for the future.

The program is designed for people who enjoy learning about themselves, as well as coaches and other helping professionals interested in bringing Choice Mapping into their work.

My hope is that Choice Mapping becomes something you can return to whenever a choice in your life deserves a closer look.

Women's Retreats

Time away to reconnect with yourself and what matters.

In January 2026, I co-created and facilitated a seven-day retreat in Costa Rica for ten women navigating different transitions in their lives.

Some were leaving careers or relationships behind. Others were beginning to ask what they wanted for themselves after years of caring for everyone else. Many were exploring some version of the same question: Who am I now?

What I loved about the experience was watching how the women’s relationships developed over the week. Conversations became more personal. Trust grew. Women began sharing things they hadn’t spoken about before, learning from one another and recognizing experiences they had in common.

We brought thoughtful questions, guided reflection and intentional activities into each day, while making room for the conversations and discoveries we couldn’t have planned.

And before anyone left, we spent time helping each woman put words to what she’d learned and what she wanted to carry home.

That experience has deepened my interest in creating more intimate retreats for women who want to step away from their everyday lives and spend meaningful time exploring who they are, what matters to them and what they might want next.

I want women to leave with more than wonderful memories.

I want them to understand something about themselves that they can carry into the choices they make when they return home.

I’m exploring future retreat opportunities. Join the list to be among the first to hear when details become available.

The value of exploring together

I love facilitating groups and watching what happens when people begin to trust one another. The conversations deepen, people share things they might not otherwise say, and something new becomes possible for everyone in the room.

Someone shares a situation they’re struggling with, and another person recognizes something familiar. A question opens a conversation nobody expected. Someone hears a different perspective and begins reconsidering what they thought they knew.

Creating the conditions for these conversations is magical, knowing I can’t predict exactly what each person will discover.

Sometimes someone else says the very thing you’ve been struggling to put into words.

And in that moment, you recognize something about yourself that you hadn’t been able to see on your own.

Stay connected

I’m continuing to develop new group experiences, and I’d love to stay in touch.
